President & Founder of Aspire Cyber
Derrich is a Certified CMMC Assessor (CCA) and CMMC Provisional Instructor (PI) with over 20 years of cybersecurity experience. Prior to founding Aspire Cyber, Derrich served as a Cyber Network Defender in the U.S. Army and held various high-level cybersecurity positions at companies such as Lockheed Martin, Hewlett-Packard Enterprise, and Bank of America.
KYLE LAI
President & CSO of KLC Consulting
Kyle is the President and Chief Security Officer (CSO) at KLC Consulting, an authorized CMMC Third-Party Assessment Organization (C3PAO) sanctioned by the CMMC Accreditation Body (CyberAB). His firm offers guidance and conducts independent assessments within the Defense Industrial Base (DIB) supply chain. Moreover, Kyle contributes his expertise as a board member of the C3PAO Forum.
With over 25 years of cybersecurity experience, Kyle has lent his advisory skills to leading firms such as ExxonMobil, Zoom, Boeing, HP, Microsoft, and the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) of the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD). He possesses an impressive array of certifications, including the CMMC Certified Assessor (CCA) and Certified Professional (CCP), alongside CISSP, CSSLP, CISA, CDPSE, CIPP/US, CIPP/G, and the ISO 27001 Lead Auditor. Before KLC Consulting, Kyle was a CISO at a leading global technology advisory firm and Brandeis University’s Heller School. He also played a pivotal role as a U.S. DoD operations manager, overseeing the cybersecurity training platform and supporting the personnel across the department.
KRYSTLE DALKE

Krystle Dalke is member of Hinkle Law Firm LLC in Wichita, Kansas. As a Certified Information
Privacy Manager (CIPM) and Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) focusing on
United States privacy laws, Krystle helps clients tackle legal compliance issues and navigate the
United States’ sectoral approach to privacy while also balancing each client’s business and
operational needs. No two businesses are alike and Krystle appreciates the uniqueness each client
brings to the equation. Krystle also performs data risk assessments and breach assessments and
counsels clients faced with cybersecurity events that often require notice to impacted individuals.
In addition to her privacy and data security practice, Krystle often assists clients in trademark
matters and licensing issues and advises clients on how to comply with endorsement and disclosure
requirements when marketing their brands on the internet and through social media. Krystle’s
ultimate goal for her clients is achieving a successful business model while also reaching and
maintaining legal compliance.
KOREN WISE
Owner, Wise Technical Innovations
Koren is a Certified CMMC Assessor, Provisional Instructor, and the CEO of Wise Technical Innovations in Norfolk, VA. She has participated in the Joint Surveillance Voluntary Assessment Program as both assessor and implementor. She recently created the compliance program and GCCH Azure Gov enclave for Jaco Aerospace, leading them to the JSVA where they scored the perfect “110”. WTI is a Licensed Training Provider for the Cyber AB. WTI is awarded on the GSA HACS schedule for High Value Assessments, Risk and Vulnerability Assessment, Cyber Hunt, Incident Response, and Penetration Testing. Koren is qualified by the Department of Homeland Security/CISA as Lead Assessor for High Value Asset, Cyber Resiliency Review, and External Dependency Management Assessment Program. Koren specializes in standing up cybersecurity programs within organizations to meet applicable NIST controls or comply to 800-53 overlays. Additionally, she specialized in business continuity planning, business impact analysis, and risk-based approaches, such as the Cybersecurity Framework (CSF). She is skilled in using 800-53, RMF, 800-30, and 800-37, eDiscovery, root-cause analysis, and threat hunt techniques. Koren has enjoyed a 23-year career in IT and network security which has resulted in a deep knowledge of disaster recovery, hardening infrastructures, and risk assessment. She started Wise Technical Innovations in 2004 and has been helping both commercial and government organizations meet business goals and maintain highly secure environments ever since. She has a strong passion for teaching and has contributed to the IT community on the podium throughout her career. She is CISSP and PMP certified with a master’s degree in education.

JOHN MATTOX
Member, Schoonover & Moriarty LLC
John’s practice encompasses many aspects of federal government contract law. He advises clients on bid protest issues and represents them in protest litigation at the agency level and at the Government Accountability Office and U.S. Court of Federal Claims. He also represents clients in filing requests for equitable adjustments and claims and in appeals before the Board of Civilian Board of Contract Appeals and the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals. Well-versed in SBA’s federal contracting programs, John also helps clients navigate SBA’s regulations relating to size and affiliation, assists clients seeking to qualify as 8(a) firms, SDVOSBs, WOSBs, or HUBZone, prosecutes and defends size and status protests, and represents clients in size and status appeals before the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Office of Hearings and Appeals.
Before joining Schoonover & Moriarty, John practiced at a boutique federal government contracts firm and practiced commercial litigation at a large national law firm.
John’s greatest joy in life is his family. He and his wife have three children. They enjoy traveling and exploring together and are active members of their church congregation.
